In the southwest corner of Suhrawardy Udyan is the Dhaka Arch, built by Subedar Mir Jumla (rebuilt during the neo-colonial period) and behind the tombs of three leaders (Sher-e-Bangla, Suhrawardy and Nazimuddin). The three-domed mosque is about 1 m from the flat ground next to it. Located on a high courtyard. The exterior of the walls of the one-room mosque is decorated with small panels> ‘industrial landscapes’. Each industrial area has a notched arch-design. There is also adequate decoration inside. AD It was built in 179 by Haji Khwaja Shahbaz, a renowned businessman (architect in the sect) of Dhaka. 15.23 m of the mosque. To the east is his south-facing tomb. The mausoleum with a room and a dome with a narrow veranda in front is also quite interesting.

হাজি খাজা শাহবাজ মসজিদ 

সোহরাওয়ার্দী উদ্যানের দক্ষিণপশ্চিম কোণে সুবেদার মীর জুমলার নির্মিত (নব্যঔপনিবেশিক আমলে পুনর্নির্মিত) ঢাকা তোরণ এবং তিন নেতার (শেরেবাংলা, সোহরাওয়ার্দী ও নাজিমুদ্দীন) মাজারের পেছনে অবস্থান। তিনটি গম্বুজ বিশিষ্ট এ মসজিদ পাশের সমতল ভূমি থেকে প্রায় ১ মি. উঁচু একটি চত্বরের উপর অবস্থিত। একটি কোঠা বিশিষ্ট মসজিদটির দেয়ালের বাইরের দিক ছোট ছোট panel>  ‘শিল্পভূমি’ দিয়ে অলঙ্কৃত। প্রতিটি শিল্পভূমিতে রয়েছে একটি করে খাঁজকাটা খিলান-নকশা। ভেতরেও রয়েছে পর্যাপ্ত অলঙ্করণ। খ্রি. ১৬৭৯ সালে ঢাকার একজন প্রখ্যাত ব্যবসায়ী (মতান্তরে বাস্তুকার) হাজি খাজা শাহবাজ নির্মাণ করেছিলেন। মসজিদের ১৫.২৩ মি. পুবদিকে তাঁর দক্ষিণমুখী সমাধিভবন রয়েছে। সামনে অপ্রশস্ত বারান্দাসহ একটি কোঠা এবং একটি গম্বুজ বিশিষ্ট সমাধিভবনটিও বেশ আকর্ষণীয়।
