Fort-Aurangabad 400 m. To the west is a two-story mosque built of bricks and chunsurki. It is known as Khan Mohammad Mridha Mosque. The floor below is 36 m by 30 m. Built on foundation-planning. The height of this part is 5.17 m. The lower floor roof is flat on the outside and cylindrical on the inside. Below this are many small and large rooms.

Downstairs there is a staircase in the middle of the east side. There is an arch at the top of the staircase. Beyond the arch is the first open courtyard. Then along the main mosque in the western part. Floor measurement 14.38 m. 7.31 m. On the roof are three semicircular domes in a row arranged vertically north-south. Three arched doors in a row to the east. Inside are three concave mihrabs on the west wall. The domes are supported by three relieving arches> ‘Auxiliary-Arch’. On the north side there is a small range of small rooms with a separate dochala tent. Probably the Imam's residence. There are arched doors all around to enter the rooms downstairs. All the arches are simple and semicircular. According to an inscription on the mosque, the mosque was built by Kazi Ibadullah in AD. Built in 1804-5. There are open courtyards and gardens in front of the mosque. At the northern end of the middle part of the courtyard there is a large sized Idara. It is protected by brick walls from ground level to the floor. It is very possible that in the past the assembled devotees used to complete the aju with the water of Idara.

খান মোহাম্মদ মৃধা মসজিদ

কেল্লা-ঔরঙ্গাবাদের ৪০০ মি. পশ্চিমে ইট ও চুনসুরকি দিয়ে নির্মিত একটি দোতলা মসজিদ আছে। সেটি খান মোহাম্মদ মৃধা মসজিদ নামে পরিচিত। এর নিচের তলাটি ৩৮ মি.দ্ধ ৩০ মি. ভিত-পরিকল্পনার উপর নির্মিত। এ অংশের উচ্চতা ৫.১৮ মি.। নিচের তলার ছাদ বাইরের দিকে সমতল এবং ভেতরের দিকে নলাকার। এর নিচে ছোট ও বড় আকৃতির অনেকগুলো কোঠা আছে। 

নিচের তলার পুবদিকের মাঝামাঝি অংশে একটি সোপান আছে। সোপানটির চূড়ায় একটি খিলান-তোরণ আছে। তোরণটি পেরিয়ে প্রথমে খোলা চত্বর। তারপর বরাবর পশ্চিম অংশে মূল মসজিদ। মেঝের পরিমাপ ১৪.৩৬ মি. দ্ধ ৭.৩১ মি.। ছাদের উপর উত্তর-দক্ষিণে লম্বালম্বিভাবে বিন্যস্ত এক সারিতে তিনটি আধাগোলাকার গম্বুজ রয়েছে। পুবদিকে এক সারিতে তিনটি খিলান-দরজা। ভেতরে পশ্চিম দেয়ালে আছে তিনটি অবতল মিহরাব। গম্বুজগুলোর ভার বহন করছে তিনটি relieving arch>  ‘সহায়ক-খিলান’। উত্তরপাশে ছোট আকারের একটি আলাদা দোচালা ছাউনি বিশিষ্ট ছোট পরিসরের কোঠা আছে। সম্ভবত ইমামের থাকার ঘর। নিচেরতলার কোঠাগুলোতে প্রবেশের জন্য চারদিকেই সারিবদ্ধ খিলান-দরজা রয়েছে। সবগুলো খিলানই সাদামাটা এবং আধাবৃত্তাকার। মসজিদটির গায়ে স্থাপিত একটি শিলালিপি অনুযায়ী মসজিদটি শহরের কাজী ইবাদউল্লাহ কর্তৃক খ্রি. ১৭০৪-৫ সালে নির্মিত হয়েছিল। মসজিদের সামনে খোলা চত্বর ও বাগান রয়েছে। চত্বরের মাঝামাঝি অংশের উত্তর প্রান্তে একটি বড় আকারের ইদারা আছে। সেটি ভূমিপৃষ্ঠ থেকে তলা পর্যন্ত ইটের দেয়াল দিয়ে সুরক্ষিত। খুব সম্ভব অতীতে সমাগত মুসল্লিরা ইদারাটির পানি দিয়ে অজু সমাপন করতেন।
